Twinking in WoW: Forever
A plain-language start for the 10–19 Warsong Gulch bracket—what a twink is, how Forever Twink helps, and what to do before launch (4 Nov 2026).
What is a twink?
In Classic-style battlegrounds, queues are split by level bands. A 19 twink is a character kept at the top of the 10–19 band so they bring max-bracket spells and carefully chosen gear into every Warsong Gulch. The word comes from long-running PvP communities (see XPOff and Classic forum threads); Forever players are already organizing “Forever Twinks” communities ahead of launch.
Why 10–19 WSG?
WSG is the early capture-the-flag battleground. At low levels, itemization and racials swing fights hard. Forever Twink focuses on this bracket only: faction → race → class → spec, then ranked options per slot with sources and confidence badges—not a pasted 2019 BiS list.
How to get started
- Pick a faction and race on the gear finder.
- Open a class page (for example Arms Warrior or Holy Priest) for role notes and example stat priorities.
- Read how XP locking works and the Marks of Honor XP trap before you sit on a full 19 bar.
- Farm verified drops from our sources list; leave empty slots empty.
Best twink class?
Search interest often looks like “best twink class.” Classic-era guides and Reddit threads usually highlight hunters and rogues for damage, priests for healing, and feral druids as flag carriers—but that is Classic community opinion, not a Forever sim result. Forever talent trees and itemization may shift the meta. Use example weights in the finder as a starting point until voidsim weights land.
